The Continental Divide Trail Survey is the successor to the Pacific Crest Trail Hiker Survey and began following my (first) CDT thru-hike in 2017.
As was the case with the PCT, I struggled to find a lot of CDT-related information when planning my hike (or at least while attempting to plan my hike). The CDT survey's aim is to give would-be hikers a clear-cut picture of what to expect on the trail. This, obviously, does not mean that the survey will accurately predict future years on the CDT, but it's (probably) as close as we can come.
I happily accept any and all suggestions for making this data more useful to all the extreme walking enthusiasts out there.
