It's been an interesting year, to say the least (and we still have more than three months to go). The Pacific Crest Trail, officially, was off-limits for most of 2020, but I know that there were/are still a lot of people out on the trail; I even gave a ride to some international PCT hikers from Echo Summit to South Lake Tahoe.
This year, the survey is for everyone who PLANNED TO HIKE or HIKED (any/all of) the Pacific Crest Trail. You can find the PCT 2020 Survey here:

If you have any trouble filling out the survey, then please get in touch. I recommend you fill this out on a computer and not a mobile device. It shouldn't be any trouble filling out on mobile, but it will definitely be easier if you get yourself to a computer.
Lastly, if you are still hiking the PCT, please wait to complete the survey; it will stay open long enough for everyone still hiking to complete their hikes.
