A cheerful corgi stands on its hind legs against a chain-link fence, as if posing for a blogging trail adventure. A red sign warns, Please do not touch I may bite, while an orange wall and grassy backdrop complete the scene.

Blogging From The Trail

Despite being out of touch with the world for the next five months, I plan on maintaining regular updates to Halfway Anywhere.

However, seeing as most of my musings shall reflect life on the Pacific Crest Trail, I have preemptively written multiple entries to be posted on arbitrary dates over the course of my hike (since I know, as exciting as five months of life on the PCT sounds, many of you would prefer the occasional Beach Etiquette or Robbery Story). Yes, technology is a beautiful thing.

Any and all posts related to my time spent on the trail (pooing in bushes and battling bears) will be painstakingly typed out on a phone and then (hopefully) submitted for your viewing pleasure (so what I am saying here is please forgive any typos, or my losing my mind after days or weeks without human contact.
